Subscription Commitment:
Subscribers agree to a minimum commitment period in accordance with the product purchased through the Rising Creek Hat Co. website. This period allows you to fully enjoy the benefits of our subscription service and get exclusive designs, colors and styles of RCHC Hats!
All subscription based product automatically renew on a month to month basis once the product term has completed.
Cancellation Fee:
Subscribers who wish to cancel their subscription before completing the 6 month commitment period have the option to do so by paying a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee is set at 50% of the total subscription cost for the remaining 6 months of the commitment period
